Talk to the team
Start with one campaign.
A pilot is deliberately small: one campaign, one district, one language. Enough calls to see how the line actually behaves before anything is committed to.
What a pilot involves
-
One campaign, defined with you
An advisory, a reminder, an eligibility check or a feedback call. We write the flow against your existing outreach script, not a generic template.
-
Your numbers, your consent state
We work from a list you already hold and are already entitled to call. Consent and DND are checked before the first dial, not after.
-
A record you can hand to an auditor
Every call carries its transcript, outcome and consent state. You keep the record whether or not the pilot goes further.
-
An honest read at the end
Connection rates, what citizens actually said, and where the line struggled. If a campaign is a poor fit for voice, that is a useful result and we will say so.
Useful things to include
None of this is required, but it makes the first reply substantive rather than a request for more information.
- The institution, and which programme the outreach sits under
- Roughly how many people, and how often you would reach them
- The language and district you would start in
- Whether the deployment has to sit inside your own data boundary
- How you reach these citizens today — ASHA visits, SMS, camps, existing call centre
